Rate change & other stuff

Hi everyone,
As most of you already know I implemented healer NPCs in towns - as requested. I also added few @ commands. I also decided to change the rate from 5/5/5 to 10/10/10 to give the economy a boost. Most of us is no more kids and have no time to play 16h/day
Keep an eye on Message Of The Day - I will list all the changes there.
And, I think it would be cool to gather everyone and catch up in game this weekend! Let me know your thoughts in replies.
