Bug for Crusader quest?

So I've started the Crusader quest and they have asked me to collect the following:
Decayed Nail x 10
Daenggie x 10
Worn-out Prison Uniform x 10
Stinky Scale x 10


And when I returned to the NPC with all the required items he said that I haven't collected the items yet and it displayed the following:
Lantern x 10
Horrendous Mouth x 10
Rotten Bandage x 10
Jack o' Pumpkin x 10

The NPC changed the item set whilst I was doing the quest..

Please help, getting the items was a pain in the ass lol.
